Our People
We know that after the music and artists, the food and drink is the glue of what makes a shared experience as special as it can be for the audience at a festival. This was true when we started and even more relevant today. From head office full timers, to summer seasonal workers we value every single member to deliver in often challenging environments. Some of our head office team will be coming up to their 16th or 17th year - we are proud of our team and how far they have come - without them we wouldn't be where we are today. Its ALL about the people.
Sustainability
Since 2018 we have been working on our mission to reach net zero, working in partnership with A Greener Future. After measuring our Carbon footprint in 2019 and now benchmarking we are well on this journey. In 2022 we were able to reduce our Carbon footprint by 85% - but the work doesn't stop there.
