Peppermint has worked with Freddie Fellows and the Secret Garden Party since 2005… This amazing show was one of the pioneers of emerging boutique music festivals in the early 2000’s. It ran until 2017, before it was rebooted in 2022.
It was great to be back! We stocked and staffed14 Bars across the 4 days – we worked with many sponsors including; El Rayo, Beavertown, White Claw and Monkey Shoulder.
SGPs bar operating hours are unique, a large majority of the bars were open for at least 12 hours+, some nearing 24 hours, this required thorough planning in terms of staffing and stock, to ensure peak volume times were covered as well as facilitating the quieter periods.
We supported with various bar builds, most notably working in conjunction with SGPs production team to create the Pagoda Bar which floated on the lake.
It was great to see the team bring back an iconic, and seminal independent music festival, that was a big part of our early careers.
2023 was the second year in its return, and was bigger and better than ever – receiving multiple 5* reviews from the likes of Rolling Stones magazine and many more.
