Peppermint previously managed all the public bars for Greenwich Music Time, a series of concerts held at the historically significant Old Royal Naval College. Given the importance of the grounds and buildings, we prioritized sensitivity to the site while ensuring that customers received quick and efficient service.

To enhance the experience, we introduced specialised Gin & Tonic and Wine & Champagne Chalets, which were well-received by attendees. The concert series began with a capacity of 3,000 and grew to accommodate 9,000 guests. During this expansion, Peppermint operated three public bars housed in premium structures, along with a sponsored bar situated inside a translucent tent and a designated backstage area for artists.
