The award winning o2 Arena in London is one of the largest arenas in Europe with a seating capacity of almost 20,000 people.
It is also one of the busiest arenas in the world providing concerts and events from some of the most well known names in the entertainment industry.
Peppermint operates 2 bars on the floor of the arena, serving up to 6,000 people a night.
With over 50 concerts confirmed so far for 2024, we are looking for a Team Leader who has a hands on approach, shows a real passion for delivering excellent customer service and has experience managing a small team in busy fast paced environment.

Main responsibilities include-Assisting the manager/s with opening and closing checks-Completing bar set up and close down-Confidently managing a small team (4-10 people)-Providing training on our EPOS systems (tills)-Stock control and replenishment– Providing excellent customer service– Delivering briefings to the team where necessary– Refilling fridges and making sure stock levels are kept consistent– Enforcing and demonstrating service standards– Delegating tasks dependent on skill set-Making sure the bar is kept clean and tidy– Communicating with management when assistance is requiredSkills Required– Bar experience required (minimum 6 months) either at festivals/ venues/ stadiums-Knowledge of bar operations essential– Excellent time management skills-Ability to delegate and solve problems as they arise-Reliable and consistent commitment-Good communication skills-Ability to work well under pressure
Full on site training will be provided but previous experience in a similar role is essential.
