Stadium Bar Staff - o2 arena

The award winning o2 Arena in London is one of the largest arenas in Europe with a seating capacity of almost 20,000 people. Peppermint operates 2 bars on the floor of the arena, serving up to 6,000 people a night.

With a busy summer fast approaching, we are recruiting for a number of passionate and driven individuals to join our bar staff team from the beginning of May. Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided for the right people.

Responsibilities:

– Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail.

– Maintain a high level of cleanliness to the bar and surrounding areas

– Organise and restock fridges

– Welcome customers at the bar and assist with all inquiries

– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

– Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

-Adhere to alcohol service regulations

Skills:

– Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential

– Great organisational skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.

– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

– Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

-Great time keeping

-Ability to stand for long periods of time
