Purpose
Peppermint provide high-performance bar and event solutions to the world’s best entertainment businesses
and consumer brands. Our core business is operating festival & event bars, brand activation and conjoined
retail-led F&B solutions to the UK’s best festivals and outdoor events such as British Summer Time, Camp
Bestival, All Points East and many more.
The recent partnership with Levy (Compass UK) has lead our established business into new sectors within
sports and stadium arena across the UK and Ireland at world class venues such as the 02 Arena, Tottenham
Hotspur Stadium, Cheltenham Racecourse, Aviva Stadium and Wimbledon.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organised and driven individual to work as part of the stock reconciliation
process post event. The purpose of the role is to work with the Stock Reconciliation Controller (SRC) and the
Senior Stock Controller (SSC) to ensure all events are fully reconciled post event. The role covers all
greenfield and venue operations.
RATE:
£27.500, Pro-Rata 6 Month FTC
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Work with the SRC to ensure full and accurate completion of the reconciliation process for
events/venues within your remit.
• Complete required Cost of Goods Sold sheets with all stock related invoices and credits supplied by the
SRC.
• Ensuring 100% accurate information with sufficient checks and balances.
• Helping complete supplier recons with the SRC to ensure all information captured.
• Helping complete investigations and reporting for your events.
• Attending pre & post event handovers with the SRC and relevant onsite teams to build the COGS preshow and complete it post-show.
• Organise and complete COGS sign off with relevant senior team members to ensure sign off within
deadlines.
• Provide cover other areas of the reconciliation team in the event of absenteeism or as the businesses
resource dictates.
• Raising POs for Ice, Cups, Gas and Fruit as required for each event and venue.
• Help complete post event analysis and shared reports to keep wider business up-to-date.
• EPOS Sales versus COGS Consumption – to include wastage/discount data
• Blended GP
• Supplier Recon – invoices, credits, retros, FOC stock
• Event wastage
• Help answer data requests such as sales and consumption data
• Ad hoc tasks as the business needs.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
ESSENTIAL:
– Basic knowledge of Excel
– Good understanding of UK alcohol stock brands and SKU types.
– Excellent analytical skills to interpret large amounts of data.
PREFERRED:
– Paprika Accounting System Experience.
– Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience.
– Basic experience in the events/festival industry. Venue knowledge also preferred.
– Database systems knowledge.

The business is very seasonal. Summer months are incredibly busy, with the busiest periods between May to September, and the month December. Many event sites are outdoor events and festivals on weekends.
Travel required to and from events if required during the summer months. It is expected that you will visit certain events to assist the onsite teams, provide in person training and feedback or evaluate performance, system and process.
Overnight stays may be required but in conversation with yourself.
Evening and weekend availability is expected in the summer months during live events to assist where necessary. This can be remote. Overtime is paid.
