We are looking to recruit a Commercial Sales Director to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in driving sustainable growth and commercial success. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the founders Adam & Alex. You’ll oversee the entire sales and commercial strategy across our core business in festivals, events, and venues, as well as our partnership with Levy UK. In addition to this, you’ll lead on growth, innovation, and maximising sales opportunities, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future.
What you’ll be doing:
-Sales Leadership: Develop and implement growth strategies to expand Peppermints footprint, driving sales across our core business and with Levy UK in stadia, conferences, and arenas.
-Commercial Strategy: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, the finance team, and the Levy sales teams to deliver robust commercial plans, innovative services, and new revenue streams.
-Sales Management: Lead the sales team, ensuring a proactive approach to identifying new business, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the entire sales pipeline.
-Tender & Negotiation: Manage complex tender processes, assess commercial risks, and negotiate deals with senior clients and partners.
-Team Leadership: Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while ensuring a collaborative and people-first culture.
What we’re looking for:
-Proven experience leading sales and commercial strategy in fast-paced environments, preferably within hospitality, events, or stadia sectors.
-A track record of exceeding sales targets and managing end-to-end sales processes.
-Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and workflows effectively.
-Strong commercial awareness, with experience identifying lucrative opportunities and managing risks.
-Strong networks and relationships within the events, hospitality, and stadia sectors.
