Peppermint provides high-performance bar and event solutions to the world’s best entertainment businesses and consumer brands. Our core business is operating festival & event bars, brand activation, and conjoined retail-led F&B solutions at the UK’s best festivals and outdoor events. Operating since 2003 at festivals such as BST Hyde Park, All Points East, Mighty Hoopla, Secret Garden Party, Bestival and hundreds more (and winner of Best Bar Company on multiple occasions), Peppermint Events has expanded over recent years.
Through our partnership with Levy (Compass UK), we are expanding into sports and stadium arenas across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, including world-class venues such as the O2 Arena, Wembley Arena, Aviva Stadium, and Johan Cruijff Stadium in Amsterdam. Additionally, we manage seasonal venues like Freight Island in Manchester, Dreamland in Margate, and Between the Bridges in London.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized, driven, and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile events. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery while managing budgets, logistics, and schedules. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will plan, budget, build and operate events. As Project Manager you will be the main point of contact for the client/event and you will have complete commercial ownership of the project from start to finish. You will work closely with all part of the business to deliver each event on time, on budget and meet profit targets and exceed the client’s expectations.

The business is very seasonal. Summer months are incredibly busy, with the busiest periods between May to September, and the month December. Many event sites are outdoor events and festivals on weekends.
Travel required to and from events if required during the summer months. It is expected that you will visit certain events to assist the onsite teams, provide in person training and feedback or evaluate performance, system and process.
Overnight stays may be required but in conversation with yourself.
Evening and weekend availability is expected in the summer months during live events to assist where necessary. This can be remote. Overtime is paid.
