Salary: £45-50k p/a (dependant on experience) + benefits
Full Time Role, Hybrid, 3-4 days a week based at head office in London

Peppermint has recently partnered with Levy UK and supports venues with premium F&B experiences – including The O2, Wembley Arena, Dreamland (Margate), The Piece Hall (Halifax) and the Johan Cruff Arena in Amsterdam. Peppermint operates the hugely popular Between The Bridges venues on the Southbank and has just opened a brand new venue in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park called Riverside East. The Role
Peppermint Events is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Technology & Innovation to lead our tech strategy across live events, venues, and internal operations. This is a pivotal role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring our technology infrastructure and innovation projects scale with our ambitious growth. You’ll be the driving force behind our digital transformation, supporting over 50 events annually and collaborating with partners like Levy UK, AEG, and Live Nation. We’re looking for someone incredibly passionate about delivering innovation and technology across our business with fast-paced success. We’re looking for an energized, proactive candidate with a can-do attitude – ready to drive positive change and innovation.

Summer months are incredibly busy, with the busiest periods between May to September. Many event sites are outdoor events and festivals on weekends.
Travel required to and from events if required. It is expected that you will visit certain events to assist the onsite teams, provide in person training and feedback or evaluate performance, system and process.
Overnight stays may be required but in conversation with yourself.
Evening and weekend availability is expected in the summer months during live events to assist where necessary.
