Responsibilities:

-Efficiently craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails while maintaining quality and consistency, even during high-volume festival settings.

-Engage festival-goers with enthusiasm and warmth, ensuring a memorable experience through your cocktails and positive energy.

-Navigate the ever-changing festival environment, adjusting to new demands and working with the team to keep things running smoothly.

-Collaborate with the team to create festival-specific cocktail menus, featuring creative and on-trend drinks.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar, enhancing the festive ambiance and leaving a positive impression on attendees.

-Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service, to create a secure and enjoyable environment.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a festival or large-scale event setting.

-Expertise in both classic and contemporary cocktails, with strong mixology skills.

-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a lively, social environment.

-Ability to adapt and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Working Conditions:

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, standing for long periods, and adapting to flexible schedules based on festival timings.

Operating Environment and Context: Our business is seasonal, with peak demand during the summer months—particularly between June and September. Many of our events take place outdoors, and camping is available for onsite events. Please note, for camping events, you’ll need to bring your own tent and camping gear.
