Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails efficiently, maintaining quality and consistency even in high-volume settings typical of festivals.
• Engage with festival attendees in a lively and friendly manner, enhancing their overall experience with your enthusiasm and expertly crafted beverages.
• Navigate the dynamic festival environment, adjusting to changing demands and collaborating with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with the team to develop festival-specific cocktail menus, incorporating creative and on-trend drink offerings.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing bar setup, contributing to the festive ambiance and ensuring a positive impression on attendees.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service, to guarantee a secure and enjoyable festival atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a festival or large-scale event setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, as well as mixology techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a social, festival environment.
• Adaptability and resilience in handling fast-paced and high-energy situations.

This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, standing for extended periods, and accommodating irregular schedules based on festival timings.

Operating Environment and Context:
The business is seasonal. Summer months are incredibly busy – busiest periods between June and September. Many event sites are outdoor events and festivals and camping onsite is available, please note, for camping shows, you will need to provide your own tent and camping supplies.
