The award winning o2 Arena in London is one of the largest arenas in Europe with a seating capacity of almost 20,000 people.
It is also one of the busiest arenas in the world providing concerts and events from some of the most well known names in the entertainment industry.
Peppermint operates 2 bars on the floor of the arena, serving up to 6,000 people a night.
With over 50 concerts confirmed so far for 2024, we are looking for a cellar manager to ensure the smooth running of our cellars and the associated areas. We are looking for someone that can provide efficient stock control, complete weekly stock takes and take full ownership of the role.

Main responsibilities include
– Managing stock distribution on both bars
– Stock rotation and management
– Line cleaning and checks
-MDU cleaning and maintenance
-Regular stock takes
– Changing kegs and show mix on shows days
-Running stock to and from the cellar
– Ability to act as bar back when cellar jobs are complete
-Replenishing the fridges and controlling waste management
-Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the cellars
-Separating, organising and decoupling empty kegs
– Keeping an organised stock room in preparation for closing counts
-Ad-hoc duties may be required outside of event operation hours
Skills Required
-Cellar experience required (minimum 6 months)
-Knowledge of bar operations essential
-Good leadership and communication skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
-Accurate counting skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Please note- this is a physically demanding job and heavy lifting is required.
Full on site training will be provided but previous experience in a similar role is essential.
