London Winter Markets – Barista
Your Role
We’re after trained baristas with a passion for coffee who want to get stuck in, work hard, and enjoy the buzz at two new food markets spaces in London over winter.
Expect busy service in a great atmosphere, pouring drinks fast and making sure every hot chocolate looks (and tastes) great.
Most importantly, you’ll be part of the team making sure guests have a great night.
Shifts are available at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and Chelsea Winter Market depending on applicant location.

Experienced: You love making the perfect espresso, pouring funky latte art, or making hot chocolates insta-worthy!
Hard-working: Happy to roll up your sleeves and keep going even when it’s busy.
Friendly: Quick with a smile, making sure every guest feels welcome.
Reliable: Turn up on time, look sharp, and have your team’s back.
Positive Energy: It’s Christmas! Bring good vibes to the site and keep the team spirit high.

Working Conditions:
Seasonal role: early November to early January, including evenings, weekends, and busy event days.
Rate: £15.52 per hour (including holiday pay).
Part Time and Full Time Roles Available.
Working full/part weekends are a requirement for this role.
Flexibility to cover key dates, including Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve/Day (closed Christmas Day). Shifts will be fairly allocated.

The business is very seasonal. Summer months are incredibly busy, with the busiest periods between May to September, and the month December. Many event sites are outdoor events and festivals on weekends.
Travel required to and from events if required during the summer months. It is expected that you will visit certain events to assist the onsite teams, provide in person training and feedback or evaluate performance, system and process.
Overnight stays may be required but in conversation with yourself.
Evening and weekend availability is expected in the summer months during live events to assist where necessary. This can be remote. Overtime is paid.
