ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Between The Bridges. Working as part of our stock team is a varied
role. You will be supporting the bartenders and ensuring that they have everything they need during service to keep the bar
operation running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for changing kegs, keeping the service areas fully stocked, clean
& tidy as well as maintaining the stock rooms & cold-stores.
This role will require you to work on the site’s delivery & maintenance day (typically Monday). Responsibilities on these days
include distributing deliveries across the site to ensure all areas of the venue have sufficient stock levels, moving kegs, stocking the
cold stores, assisting with bar line cleans & other general site maintenance tasks.
You will report directly to the stock managers and during your shift you must fulfil your role and ensure you are presenting a
positive image of the venue by being polite and friendly, and conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times.
Potential candidates must have great physical stamina, great time-keeping skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The hours
are flexible, but can also be demanding.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
● Support the bartenders to provide excellent and efficient service for customers.
● Prepare fruit & garnishes for drinks, distribute cups, straws, napkins and other consumables
● Restock the bars as, and when, required
● Assist in keeping the stock rooms, cold stores & back of house areas clean & well organised
● Manage the glasswasher & ensure all dirty glasses are cleaned and put away
● Change beer & cocktail kegs as and when required
● Assist with venue set up for events
● Work within the Bar Operations Manual / Health & Safety Policy / Employee Handbook. This includes adhering to strict
PPE guidelines applicable to your role.
● Support the stock managers on delivery days

ABOUT YOU
You will be a reliable, hard working team player with excellent attention to detail & the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
You’ll also:
● Have great physical stamina enabling you to handle demanding tasks efficiently & safely
● Be adaptable and have the ability to to adjust to changing circumstances
● Have a good knowledge of bar operations in order to more effectively anticipate the needs of the wider bar team

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED:
● Previous experience in a similar role

ABOUT US
Between the Bridges is a joint venture between Peppermint Events & Marcus Weedon. We are returning to the Southbank for our
6th season in April 2026.
Between the Bridges will feature a unique mix of London’s finest foods and bars. The event will also have content from local
promoters, artists and creative, two venues programmed with a mix of DJs, cabaret, and live music.
Live event dates – 30th April 2026 – 23rd December 2026 (maybe subject to change)
Open – 7 days a week. Weekend work expected throughout.
The event is licensed for a capacity of 2000
